Seven is for Arc Lebrand, 7th Division captain, and Eleven is for Mitsukaze Fuurin, 11th Division captain from Gotei 13, the largest Indonesian Bleach community that also provide Roleplay system. [link]

These two captains have the biggest Zanjutsu skill point answering their division specialties and thus the most feared in battle. Additionally, both have been fighting alongside together for a long period of time.

In Gotei 13 roleplay, there are three forms of Bankai that can be learned. Every captain should be able to learn the first form, the normal Bankai. However, there are only three captains that could use the second form of Bankai [Shinno Bankai] at the moment, and only these two that have a potential to fully learn the final form [Kyoshou Bankai].

Arc Lebrand is a mixed Japanese-British that was born in the living world. His soul went to Soul Society after his early death, and through time was able to become a shinigami. His Zanpakutou is called Hyperion, a fire-based zanpakutou that requires a lot of user's strength. As you could guess, the materialized form of Hyperion is a fire dragon.

Mitsukaze Fuurin was born 77th district of West Rukongai. Her life was very hard and harsh until she met Hanako Rin, 11th Division captain at that time and was brought to Seireitei to become shinigami. She then became Rin's vice-captain in a very early age. After Rin's death several years ago, Fuurin filled the position. Her zanpakutou is called Kazemarudama, a gravitation-based zanpakutou.
